A note from Andre
Most of the people I work with didn’t come to me because they were struggling.
They came because things had become complicated. A business worth more than they’d ever imagined. A family trust set up years ago that nobody quite remembers the reason for. An SMSF, some property, an inheritance on the way, and children starting to ask questions. Plenty of advisers, and nobody joining the dots.
I’m a business owner too, so I know how your own finances end up a distant third behind the business and the family. I left corporate financial services to build a firm that works the way I’d want to be looked after: direct, unhurried, and honest enough to tell you when an idea isn’t a good one, including mine.
I practise what I preach. I only recommend strategies I’d be comfortable using myself. And I’d much rather have a smaller number of families I know well than a long list of clients I barely remember.

Where are you starting from?
Different journeys. The same need for someone to see the whole picture.

01
I own a business
A valuable company and not enough outside it. Let’s plan the exit, and the life after it, years ahead.

02
I’m moving to Australia
The first twelve months decide how much of your wealth arrives with you. Get the sequence right.

03
I might be a wholesale investor
More doors open, fewer guardrails. Know which is which before you sign anything.
How we think
Five principles behind every plan we write
Wealth at this level is rarely lost through one bad investment. It leaks through structures that don’t fit, decisions made in a hurry and gaps nobody was watching.
01 / 05
Structure before product
Which entity owns what, and how income flows between them, often matters more than which fund you pick.
02 / 05
Diversified across assets and across legislation
Rules change. Spreading wealth across super, trusts, companies and personal names means one policy change can’t undo the plan.
03 / 05
Discipline over noise
Fundamentals, not forecasts. A plan you understand well enough to stick with when markets get loud.
04 / 05
Liquidity you can live with
Never be forced to sell at the wrong time. Illiquid and private investments are sized for the whole portfolio, not the pitch deck.
05 / 05
One plan, owned by one person
Your accountant, lawyer and lender all have a part to play. We make sure their parts fit together.
Division 296 is now law
30 June 2027
The date that decides whether the new super tax applies to you this year.
Earnings on balances above $3 million now attract up to 30% tax, and up to 40% above $10 million. SMSF trustees also face an irrevocable choice about resetting asset cost bases, due with the fund’s 2026–27 return. Both reward people who decide early.

Certainty is rarely found in policy. It can still be engineered in structure.

What we’re thinking about
- How Jordan turned a $9 million balance sheet into a family wealth strategy
Jordan never had a money problem. That was the problem. How a founder and single parent turned $9 million spread across a business, a trust, a company and super into one coordinated plan, and what she gained that never shows up on a statement. - Division 7A in 2026–27: the 8.77% price of borrowing from your own company
The Division 7A benchmark rate is back to 8.77% for 2026–27. What that does to director loan repayments, what the High Court’s Bendel decision changed, and the planning question most business owners skip. - Division 296 is law. Here’s what has actually changed, and what to decide before June 2027
The super tax on balances above $3 million received royal assent in March 2026 and applies from 1 July 2026. The first-year test date and the cost base reset election are the two things to get right.
Client story
How Jordan turned a $9 million balance sheet into a family wealth strategy
A founder and single parent with wealth spread across a business, a trust, a company and super. What changed when every dollar was given a job, and why the biggest gains never showed up on a statement.
